So what is it? It’s simple. For a monthly fee, your business teams up with us. You will receive your own request board that you can start adding tasks to. These tasks range anywhere from graphic design to video editing projects (and everything in between). Requests are worked on one item at a time and will be delivered in the order they are received. Essentially, we become an addition to your marketing team for as long as you need it.

Every request is made custom just for you. Your brand. Your content. Delivered in a timely manner.

Think of us as an addition to the team. Our specialty is creating high end content for your business. Want to step up your online presence? Maybe your business is short staffed and you need some seasonal help? Have a few talented people on staff but they lack a specific skill set? We can fill that gap. Digital, print, or social media content, we can make it happen.

How does the membership program work?

One flat monthly Rate

One monthly fee. Unlimited requests. This service is not meant to be a replacement for a full internal marketing hire, rather a supplement or an addition to the team.

How long does each request take?

Requests are worked on one item at a time and will be delivered in the order they are received. Think of each request as currency. You have 20-25 business days of currency per month. Each request is worth a set amount of days based on the size of the project. A project menu will be sent over for reference with all the details. Some items will take as short as one business day. Some will consume 20 depending on the scope of the project. 

Pause or cancel anytime

Each new subsciption starts with a three month minimum commitment. This lets us get to know each other a bit and generate a workflow. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime. If you pause, it protects you from a potential price increase later on. It also keeps you on the members list.

Also, if you pause, there is no three month minimum contract down the line. You could resume for as short as one month at any point.

To make sure everthing gets done on time and the quality of the work is top notch, we limit how many clients are included in the membership program. Members are top priority.

What's Included?

We provide graphic design services, both print and digital. Brochures, flyers, social media content, large and small. If you dream it, we can make it.

Have footage but don't want to edit it? We can put together compelling short and long form content for your business.

Let's chat. Goals. Wants. Needs. We want to make sure this service is the right fit for your business. We'll send you our menu of what we can do for you. You mull it over with the team.

Sign The Contract

We send you a contract, Give it a good once over. Make sure it works for you. Send it back to us. The work can almost begin.

Assets - Send Us The Goods

We can't begin the work without the basics. Send us logos, style guide, photos, videos, and anything else we may need to make sure the tasks requested can be finished on time.

Request Board and Tasks

You will receive a personalize request board for you to add tasks. Load it up! We'll start knocking each task off one at a time in the order you place them on the board.

Content Review

Once the request is complete, it will be moved to the review area. You will receive an email that there is a piece of content waiting for you to view. If edits are needed, you can add feedback to the project. If it's good to go, we will move the final deliverables to the final stage.

Delivery

This is where finished content will live. From here, you can view and download the final files. They will also stay on the request board for later reference.
